The sweet spot tripod insole is designed to place you on the sweet spot of the foot for movement.

Focus on two of the 4 tripods. The sweet spot and front tripod.
Rotate through 1st mtp joint. Easiest way to learn to use the front tripod of the foot and Rotate through the 1st mtp joint.

Use piling technology in helping you locate the sweet spot and front tripod, along with rubber 154 under the 1st and 5th metatarsals to give you a rock solid foundation. 

This is a non carbon fiber version.  
Wet trace is not necessary, only for custom  insoles do you need to send in a wet trace.

Insoles come in a size 12. They are easy to trim down to size.
